I design, architect, and ship software end to end: AI systems, real-time multiplayer infrastructure, consumer platforms, and developer tools. Fifteen products over the past decade, each owned across the full lifecycle, from product strategy and system design through engineering, deployment, and iteration.

A local-first flight recorder for AI coding agents. Records every shell command and file modification an agent makes, generates session reports in Markdown, JSON, and HTML, and provides a two-step revert workflow with backups. Git-aware diffing separates agent changes from pre-existing work; heuristics flag secret exposure and dependency risks.

TitleCheck AI reconciles title commitments against ALTA surveys with page-level evidence reports; PermitCheck AI reviews architectural plan sets against NYC building, zoning, and fire codes with exact code citations.
